MOVIE MONDAYS: Madea's Witness Protection

Today is MOVIE MONDAY!!! The day that I give my honest opinion of the movies that I have seen recently. This is NOT your typical movie review where I go into great detail...because in the end nobody reads it all! (lol) So, I will keep this short and sweet. I grade the movies on cast, conflict, and creativity! A capitol "T" means the movie was amazing and I would recommend it. A lower case "t"  means the movie was eh blah or basically see it at your own risk!

So lets get started:

MADEA'S WITNESS PROTECTION

When I first saw the trailer I INSTANTLY wanted to see this because it has one of my favorite dry humored actors in it...Eugene Levy. He has played in SO many movies and in every single one his dry humor has me in tears and in this movie he did NOT disappoint. Levy plays a CFO for a Wall Street Investment bank which, unbeknownst to him, was stealing money from investors and charities and giving it to the mob. Needless to say his family needs to skip town and hide out so Brian, (Tyler Perry) who is the federal prosecutor on the case, gets help from his Aunt Madea's help in hiding the family in her home until they can sort the whole situation out. Now, I don't want to ruin the movie but the real fun starts when Madea is involved.

CAST:  This was a decent cast. However, I did not like Denise Richards as the mother. I feel she seemed a little stiff throughout the whole movie. I feel she did not fit the role of her character... or maybe it was because she had 2 or 3 good lines. Other than that she was just something to look at.
Another cast member I didn't too much care for... was the daughter played by Danielle Campbell. I just feel she didn't seem to visually fit with the family. However, her acting skills were pretty good.

Besides those two the cast was perfect.

CONFLICT: I liked the conflict. Not much more to say because the title pretty much set up the story line for you.

CREATIVITY:  I enjoyed the story line but the ending could have been a little more adventurous . I wanted to see some more mob action.
Overall I give this movie...

If you see this movie please let me know what you think!
